Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a celebration of God’s forgiveness. Its other names include Sacrament of Forgiveness, Confession, Sacrament of Penance.

Children receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation in second grade, prior to receiving First Holy Communion. The parents and children are required to attend formational sessions in preparation for the sacrament. Children must have participated in a religious education program at least one year prior to the reception of this sacrament.

We have Confession offered always by asking or appointment as well as the scheduled times of:
-Saturday 10am and 3pm at St. Joseph in the front left room next to the tabernacle
-The 1st Saturday of the month at 9am at Our Lady of Lourdes
-After Weekday Masses at Holy Trinity, St. John, and Our Lady of Lourdes on the week of the 2nd Wednesday of the month
