Anchored in Christ is a group of adults and families with young kids in our cluster who wish to engage one another in authentic Christian Community. The group started out of a yearning for friendship, discipleship, fun, and true examples of what it means to live out our Catholic faith in our daily lives…to give each other that hope which acts as an anchor for our souls. We seek to truly know one another on a personal level, to share in the joys of each other’s lives, to share in difficulties of our lives, and be a light to each other when that light is needed.
The group meets weekly in the homes of parishioners for a social get-together where we share a meal and provide fellowship and an opportunity to learn about what’s going on in each other’s lives. We also meet once a month to engage each other in a more focused discussion regarding our Catholic faith and how we are living it out in our daily lives. The goal of these meetings is to help one another grow closer in relationship with Christ through his Church.
