6th Grade – 11th Grade Cluster Religious Education Classes

All cluster students in grades 6-11 attend religious education classes on Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:45pm at St. Joseph School and Parish. A free teen dinner is provided in the St. Joseph School gym before class each Wednesday from 5:45-6:10pm.

The Diocese requires 40 hours of parish and community service be completed before students are confirmed. Students may begin keeping track of hours in grades 9-12. For more information on the service requirements, see the file below.

Grade 12 Cluster Religious Education Classes & Involvement

All cluster students in grade 12 meet from August to October for their last few confirmation classes before they receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Since Confirmation is not a “graduation” from the faith but rather a continuation of growth in our relationship with and knowledge of the Lord through the power of the Holy Spirit, our grade 12 students are still members of Warriors for Christ youth group and are welcomed & encouraged to attend W4C activities, cluster religious education Prayer Partner Nights, the Teen & Parent Worship Event, and other teen & parent events offered throughout the year.

At the end of the school year, the grade 12 students are honored at a Baccalaureate Mass at each of our four cluster parishes to congratulate their high school graduation.
